Question: Who is expected to use the Katy Tollway?
Answer: The use of the Katy Tollway lanes is optional to all motorists traveling along the Katy Freeway including current HOV users. Some motorists will likely be regular users and others only when they most need the time savings that off-sets the cost of paying a toll. Carpoolers and vanpoolers will have the option to use the Katy Tollway during peak times at no charge.
